All proprietary logic, designs, CSS frameworks, brand icons, logo representations, and compiled codebases hosted on this domain remain the sole intellectual property of PSP Ventures. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or recompile our code scripts without written authority.
Users are prohibited from utilizing automated scripts, crawlers, or injection scripts to scrape data from our products or spam our partnership platforms. API usages must remain within designated fair usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts breaching security protocols.
Our static web contents and active beta platforms are distributed on an "as-is" and "as-available" model. PSP Ventures does not guarantee that workspace databases will remain uninterrupted or immune to localized data conflicts.
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
